If you had to describe your job to a 3rd grader, how would you describe it and why is it important?
Tim: My job is to empower others and the team overall to be successful similar to what a coach tries to do with his/her program.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Tim: Exchanging ideas and helping to set future direction for the team
What do you like to do in your free time?
Tim: Spend quality time with my amazing wife and two amazing daughters
Which animal best represents your personality?
Tim: A balanced cross between lion and lamb
Do you have a life theme song? Why or why not? And if so, what is it?
Tim: No theme song….too many great songs for various life situations
What's your dream car and why?
Tim: Enjoying driving an EV for the sake of our environment, but tough to beat driving old pickups and getting work done
What's your favorite snack at the office?
Tim: As a COVID hire, I have not been to the office officially…..
If you could have any one superpower, what would it be?
Tim: Would love the ability to fly
If you could have lunch with any famous person, who would it be?
Tim: The entire Team Essette…you all are famous!
What is your favorite book and why?
Tim: Not sure at this point….have only been reading kid’s books lately, but I do like Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl…identifying and imagining positive life purpose is extremely powerful…such survival qualities are a work in progress for me….
