* If you had to describe your job to a 3rd grader, how would you describe it and why is it important? I lead a group of really smart people who like to make things. I help them make the things the bosses want them to make. We make beautiful things!

* What is your favorite part of your job? I love working with the people at Essette.

* What do you like to do in your free time? Read, ride bikes, see nature, and spend time with my four kids.

* What's your dream car and why? My goal is to drive my car as little as possible. I’m more likely to have a dream bike…

* What's your favorite snack at the office? I love grabbing the small bags of almonds. Gives me the boost I need without too many other side effects.

* If you could have any one superpower, what would it be? It would be super helpful to be able to remember everything I learn.

* If you could have lunch with any famous person, who would it be?

* What is your favorite book and why? My favorite book probably changes pretty quickly, but at the moment I’m going to proclaim The Martian by Andy Weir to be my favorite.
