Our Product

Our prime offering, Essette, is a web-based healthcare management application – a blended suite of software modules working together to meet different business needs of our clientele for total population management. The application is used primarily in the healthcare payer space with clients serving Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial plans across the United States and Puerto Rico.

The application is integrated with multiple third parties for medical necessity criteria, care management planning, patient educational materials, and correspondence - phone/fax/email.

In the first 15 years of production, the platform has been utilized by various private health plans and MCOs. In 2021, we were acquired by Gainwell Technologies, the largest State Medicaid MMIS application provider in the US. With the acquisition, the focus of our application, in due course, will shift to enter into the State Fee-For-Service Medicaid market, satisfying care management, utilization management and appeals/complaints needs in a more user-friendly format. The application will be modified to support closer integrations with MMIS systems for real-time transfers of member/provider/authorizations data, compliance with ADA 508 and MITA development standards, business process reporting, high-levels of process automation, and data model modifications. We will continue to support our existing client base to bring additional value to the platform with new features.
